Bespoke LMS compatibility

Hi everyone, this may come as a very silly question to most, but I will really appreciate your help on this one. 

I am relatively new to SL for the full creative cycle and only got acquainted to the the publishing side of it lately. That is where I am a bit stuck. 

I created content without having access to the in house LMS. It is a bespoke in house built LMS, not an off the shelf option. 

The information I have is that it supports only the following file types:

- Video: Support MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI format file, size no more than 4GB;
- Document: Support PPT, DOC, PDF format file, size no more than 500MB;
- Article: Rich text format, support format editing, support adding pictures, video, audio and files;
- Exercise: Support to upload no more than 4GB of references;
- Exam: Support to add an exam to courses.

I am not sure how I could go around saving my projects to allow interaction and quizzes etc. 

Hope you guys can throw some light into this.
