Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me. I am working on a course that includes branching. I have changed the "Player Trigger" to jump to a particular slide several times. The link keeps breaking and it will revert to advancing to the next slide (as opposed to the slide I want). What am I doing wrong?
I'm sorry to hear about the odd behavior with your Storyline file. Without seeing how the link is set up and the "break" that occurs, it's difficult to say - but the first things I'd check into are that you're adhering to these general guidelines:
Work on your local drive (your C: drive).Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, includingfile corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names.
Please let us know if the behavior continues after checking into those items, and you may want to try importing the course into a new Storyline project.
