I am using StoryLine 3.

When I publish my project, it does not support Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Firefox and Internet Explorer are okay but not always!

What should I do?

Is the application problem? or our LMS?

Thanks for your help.

HI Ashley,


I have 3 screenshots for you. As you can see;


* When I open the project with Google Chrome, it stuckes at first page and just trying to load the page.
* When I open it with Microsoft Edge, it has some loops. It means it loads 2 first pages then goes back to first page. After 3 or 4 time, it shows the attached message.
* When I open it with Internet Explorer, it does not show any thing.


* All of our browser are updated.
* The project works well with Firefox however, sometimes some of our colleagues have problem with last page. It means, at last page the software (Storyline project) supposed to send a message to our LMS about completion of the course but sometimes it does not happen and we have a loop at last page.


I hope you can find a solution as we should run many courses for more than 17000 people here. I do not want to answer them one by one about this problem.

Are you viewing the courses on the LMS as your learner would or in a local environment? Local viewing can cause some security issues that you may be running into.

Another great test is to upload the content to SCORM Cloud as a comparison, which then lets us know if the issue lies within the project or the LMS.
