Hi - I am trying to build layers in my storyline 360 file. When I click on New Layer the screen goes dark. I have watched the video tutorial a million times and there is nothing in there that talks about fixing this.

I have a few questions to start:
Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.21... in the bottom-right corner.
Does the same problem happen when you work in an new, empty Storyline file?
Are you able to record a Peek of the problem in action?
