I was originally thinking that Articulate Online was a reviewer tool to have clients, subject matter experts, developers, etc review your course, add comments, report bugs, and so on. Now that I look at the features of Articulate Online, it seems it's more of an LMS where students can enroll, take courses, receive grades, etc.
I don't need the LMS at this point (though it's interesting), but I do need an online review tool. Can anybody shed light on this for me? Or do I have to find my own solution for this?
I guess this might be already answered by Paul. Just adding to it, there are other tools too which are launching soon like howl, perligo.co both are in beta phase currently.

Does anyone have an addtional review tools to allow SMEs and others to review elearning prior to posting to the LMS?
