Button Tracking Challenge - How to track how many times a button has been clicked when published for the web

Long story short, I want to track how many times a specific button is pressed by all users in a module. 

For security reasons, I don't have access to an LMS or Google Sheets (I know how I would do it if I had access to Google). I do have access to Sharepoint and Excel Online.

Is anyone able to offer any tips or resources in how I could track the button clicks?
