Here is an example of a clock where the clock's hands are states which are displayed based on the current time: http://dev.keypointlearn.com/xcl71_SL/Clocks/story.html. And here is an example of an indicator 'knob' that is rotated as slider values change: http://dev.keypointlearn.com/xcl71_SL/Refresh/story.html
