Can Storyline detect review mode from an LMS?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if Storyline 360 has the ability to detect if an LMS is running a SCORM in review mode, and configure settings accordingly? 

We would like to be able to allow learners to freely navigate between slides if the SCORM is in review mode, but have restricted navigation if not. 

Any guidance on this is much appreciated!
