Thank you, Wendy & Leslie, for the great help. I saw it's editable through state editing but normally when I insert the radio button, it will show in the timeline and movable. How can this be done?
you would need to use the option from the Insert tab >Controls section .This will just give you the radio button you'd need to add the text box to it if you are trying to get the same design as the template but with a clickable radio button.

the radio button is part of the text box and can be edited in the states tab. It is not it's own object
