Can't log in to articulate 360

I have recently downloaded articulate 360 and storyline. The first time I logged in it all worked ok. Now when I open articulate storyline it says that I need to be logged in to articulate 360 but it takes me to a web page that says "this page could not be found." I am doing a course tomorrow requiring access. Can anyone help please?
