Can't log into app during my trial subscription

Question

I have 15 days left on my trial subscription. Today, as I was working on the desktop Storyline 360 app, I was prompted to sign back in. I did, but the app never refreshed. I cannot log in on the app, though online my account still says I have 15 days left.&nbsp;
I've attached some screenshots so you can see what's happening. Any suggestions?

Hi Julia!
I'm so sorry for the interruption this caused! We just released a fix for this outage and you should be able to log in once you reload the 360.articulate.com site. Again, we are so sorry for the impact this caused!
