Can't save, pop up error

All of a sudden I'm getting this and can't save:

Anyone have any idea why, and how to fix this?

Hi S T,

Thanks for reaching out about this! I understand that you are getting a “Could not find part of the path” error when trying to save. I'd like to ask a few questions to help narrow down the issue. 

  • Did this message start appearing with the latest update to Storyline 360 (Build 3.78.30680.0)?
  • Is this happening with more than one file or is this the only one?
  • Are you working from a shared drive? If so, I recommend saving your files on your local drive before creating, editing, and publishing them. This will help minimize any unexpected behavior.
  • Can you import the slides to a new project? Sometimes doing this can fix the situation.
  • Do you know which image the error is referencing? It could be a corrupt image. Deleting the image may allow you to save it again.
