So, we have created an Articulate course and we would like to add a Feedback Survey at the end of this course for learners. We have an image with 5 smileys to rate the course from 1 to 5 (1 being Saddest smiley to 5 being Happiest). After I add the image to a Freeform slide, I added hotspots and gave the trigger for the hotspot to Sumbit Interaction.
My Question: Can we collect this user interaction and find out which users clicked on which hotspot and store this data?
If you convert a slide with 5 smileys to a Freeform Pick 1, you don't need to add any hotspots. Instead, do this:
Change the Score field to None. This makes it a survey question instead of a graded question.
In FORM VIEW, enter the smileys as choices.
Be sure to include a Results slide. That's needed to send the info to the LMS/LRS. You can redesign it so it doesn't look like a typical Results slide.
