Can you print a quiz without the correct answers populated?

Jun 18, 2013

I'm trying to print a quiz in Storyline by publishing as a Word doc, but it creates the document with the correct answers marked. Is there a way to print the quiz without correct answers marked so you could take the quiz on paper as a backup? Right now it's more like an answer key.

Thanks!

Welcome to the community, Matt!

There are a couple of options, but I'm not sure which would work best for you. When you publish to Word you can select and delete any content you don't want to show. You can also disable the options to show slide layers (this usually displays the "incorrect" and "correct" feedback layers for questions) and slide notes. You could also temporarily disable feedback for your questions by changing the options in your question slide before publishing to Word.

So, if you print a question slide with a True/False question for example and the answer information is included, you can delete the extra text or cells that Word pulls in from the Story.

One question; What type of questions are you using in your course? Do they vary, or are they all typically the same type? If you could share a little more detail, maybe we can find some additional options for you.

Thanks!
