The only solution I can think of would be to copy the files onto the phone itself. If its an Apple device by using a file manager app and placing it into a folder somewhere and booting up the HTML file. Same goes with an android device - although a lot of those come with default file managers and/or SD cards, which means you could place the course directly onto that by taking out the card. Rather than a cable and doing it using software on the actual device.
Downside is that means you would need to manually do this for any device you wish to view the course on.
In terms of security, you could load it to a site that you control (such as Amazon S3 or an internal server that you can temporarily open to the outside). Load it up, download for offline viewing, and then delete from the server.
Hi guys, I tried your advice but I failed. I published the course in web and included html5. Then I put the course into my android phone with usb cable. I opened the "story.html" with bulit browser, but I failed.
You'll need to have a way to download the course to your mobile device, so publish to a web server or LMS and then download to the device and delete it as Mike mentioned. You'll need to ensure you've included the option for offline viewing when publishing - and please also review the information here on which browsers, operating systems, etc. are supported for mobile viewing.
