Hi - I just downloaded my free trial so I can see what Storyline can do. I have a textbox which I have on a motion path, and have set it to trigger two actions when the user clicks on it. I can get the triggers to work before affixing the motion path, but now I have added the motion path I can't get the triggers to work, even on the slowest path.
I'm not sure if once it starts moving it can no longer be triggered, or if I have omitted something, or if clicking on a moving object takes more precision than I am capable of just now!
By default, there is no option to have a trigger execute when a moving object is clicked. See attached a workaround that may or may not work for you. It uses the When User clicks outside option to trigger actions when a moving shape is clicked.
