I know that emailing doesn't always work so I though perhaps I could use variables to populate a web form instead. Do I just do the web object with the variables names (with no % symbols) or do I use javascript?
If so, can anyone suggest the javascript? That's a bit beyond me.
If you are using an actual server-side web form then you probably don't need variables at all. A webobject with the link to the specific web/email form ought to be enough.

Hi Jacinta,

Hope this helps,

Hi Jacinta -
Did you ever figure this out? I'm trying to do the same thing --- using Javascript to populate a search field with variables ----
