Canadian Federally Regulated Users

May 20, 2020

Hi there - I'm working with a client who is a federal agency in Canada, and I'm wondering if anyone in the community is also part of a federal agency, or federally regulated industry in Canada and can offer some insight into Articulate's (Storyline or Rise) accessibility features and how well they adhere to Canadian federal regulations?

I'd be grateful for any insight.

Thanks!

Hi Jason,

While you wait to hear from other Canadian users, I wanted to share the accessibility details for Storyline 360 and Rise 360.

You can create Storyline 360 and Studio 360 courses that support Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). See these articles for details:

Rise 360 courses aren't currently WCAG-compliant, but we're making accessibility improvements, one feature at a time. This FAQ provides more details.

We'll keep our Articulate 360 Product Roadmap updated as we have more details and timelines to share on our progress for these features.
