I am using the trial version of Articulate Storyline to create educational content for my students. However, when I attempt to publish it as HTML5, there is no option for HTML5 available. I tried publishing it in HTML format, but when I view it on the web, the video at the beginning of the learning material doesn't play.
Does this mean that I cannot publish in HTML5 because I am using the free trial version?
As Ron suggested, uploading your file will be helpful for further troubleshooting. If you'd be more comfortable sharing it privately, you can do that here!
In the meantime, you may want to try viewing your course in a different browser. Here's a list of the supported browsers for all Articulate 360 Apps:

Publishing for WEB is all that you would need to do? That works in the Trial as well. Does your video not play at all, or does not autostart?
Do you have a file you can share?
