Cannot publish upgraded template from Storyline 2 Apr 24, 2018 By Hassan Gulamali Hi I have built a template in Storyline 2 and now have upgraded to Articulate 360. Every time I try to publish a course in the created template my storyline freezes and I am unable to publish. Is this a known issue?

Are you opening it as a .story file or a .storytemplate file? Can you use any of the publish options or all of them are causing a crash? Have you already confirmed to be working and publishing to a local drive? Have you tried repairing Storyline 360?

It's definitely not a known issue, and Storyline 2 project should work just fine when upgrading to Storyline 360.
