Why are you able to add a rounded rectangle and adjust the corners but not recording captions? Shouldn't recorded captions work the same way as inserted callouts or shapes?
Great questions! I understand you'd like to be able to change the corner radius on the rounded rectangle surrounding closed captions. Currently, those rounded rectangles are automatically generated by Storyline. We don’t have the option to make any changes to them, but that sounds like an interesting idea that I can share with our product team.
