Change Management Tool--how to use Storyline for this?

Sep 16, 2016

Hi everyone,

I have a need that I'm hoping that e-learning modules can fill, but want to see if what I need it to do is possible. Here it goes:

We're working on a huge ERP upgrade at our company. In order to get people excited and willing to change, I want to create a change management tool that essentially gives employees a list of above and beyond tasks related to the project. And with so many of those tasks and activities being marked completed, employees will be rewarded with certain prizes.

Could this be done using Articulate Storyline and our LMS (Articulate Online)? Some of these tasks/activities will definitely be e-learning modules (systems training, etc.) but also physical attendance to ERP events, helping to prototype, volunteering their time to help in some way, posting Q&A on our intranet a certain amount of times, etc. So, I'm thinking for these types of activities, I could make a quick quiz or feedback section (it'd have the be the same module, right?) that people can fill out and the module will acknowledge that activity as complete.

What do you guys think? Any feedback or thoughts would be appreciated!

Just an idea in terms of organization... would all of these activities necessarily need to be bundled into one module?  Could you break it up into several projects?  I guess the downside to that is several separate invitations and links to the various activities.

But I think it's wonderful that you offer the above and beyond opportunities!  Great motivator and way to break free of the daily hum drum.  :)
