Change Standard publish quality

Hi community,

I'm using custom settings for all my storyline courses.

But although they are custom settings, they remain the same everytime.

So I'm wondering whether it's possible to change the standard publish quality ?

i tried to accomplish this by changing the settings in workspace.xml

 (<name>publishsettings</name>...)

But it seems that this hasn't any effect.
