Changing character master feedback slides - Keeps Crashing! Jun 08, 2020 By Lynsey Paterson I am running the latest version of Storyline, I am trying to change the character in the master feedback slides and every single time I do it, Storyline crashes. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Super frustrating and time consuming!

What happens if you import the slides into a new Storyline file and then try to change the character? If the crash is back, are you comfortable with sharing the Storyline file for testing?
