I don't think you can set up a default option for publishing. However, it will open up to publish to whatever your last selection was and so, if you have just published to the web, next time you click Publish, it will assume you want to publish to the web again.
Hi Ned, that is only true for a particular module I have published. But as I import about 100 modules and upgrade them, when I want to publish, it does not remember the last choice I made for the previous module. Thanks.
