The base layer allows the user to select an option, this will then reveal a layer which contains a question and three possible answers. Two of the options should change the state of the object selected in the base layer to incorrect and the other option should change it to correct.
All 3 options also have a trigger to return to the base layer, however, when returning to the base layer the state changes have not been applied.

I've uploaded the file, it's only the first tile that I've started working on, I figure from there it'll be plain sailing.
I've sorted it, it was the order of the triggers!
