I've been struggling with this issue for days now, and can't find a solution that works for me. I want my users to be able to print their results, but I want it to be more of a certificate of completion rather than the simple report provided by Storyline. I don't know how to code, and don't have access to web design programs - I've viewed countless tutorials online and I'm getting nowhere! Someone help please!!!!
I ended up just creating a simple looking certificate with variables for the user's name and quiz score, bypassing the "print results" option on my Results page, and adding a condition to keep anyone who didn't pass the quiz from accessing the certificate.
Was the certificate page printable or only viewable to passers?
What do you mean by "bypassing" the "print results" option? That is the only option available to print anything. And coding is needed to change what is viewed when that option ischosen.

What kind of information do you want to have on certificate? Please see this tutorial:

Hi Wendy! Looks like Kamil has popped in to assist you here.
Hi guys, I ended up figuring it out for myself actually - the tutorial linked above (and this one: http://en-uk.articulate.com/support/storyline/how-to-create-certificates-by-customizing-the-reporthtml-file?_ga=1.106981122.1687281646.1440087366) seem to be the go to's for this issue, but if I'm honest they were no help to me at all as I can't code/the solutions were just a bit too complicated for what I was trying to do.

Glad you were able to figure something out Wendy and thanks for sharing with the community.
Can you show the steps to this?
