Text encoding issue

Hello heroes,
My client is experience problems on the text content when the package is uploaded in the plataform. Please check the image below.
One possible reason is the fact that the LMS is based on ISO 8859-1.
Is there any way to fix it?

What font in Storyline did you use to create this project? I'm curious if you're using a Unicode font and if it displays correctly in this environment.
