Our Global Service Desk recently installed Storyline360 on my computer as part of an 83 member team. Except for the 8 that were available during my trial period, the other characters are still locked. How do I unlock these?

Thanks for contacting us to share what you are running into. I can see that you've been invited to the team, but you haven't accepted the seat yet.
Be sure to check your e-mail, accept the invitation, and then you should have full access to the Team Subscription.
If you run into any other issue, be sure to let us know and you can always work with our support staff privately here as well.
