I have followed these steps for creating a "pick many" slide a couple of times. On the first slide, when I went to Form View, the "Correct" column was missing. On the second slide, the Correct and the Choice column headers were visible but there were no fillable rows/fields in the form. Is this a bug? Workarounds? Thank you!
Yes, I have chosen Pick Many but my issue (please see original post) is that columns and fields are missing which are required to be able to create the question.

If you want to use a graded "Pick Many" slide instead of a survey one, use the "Pick Many" slide available in the Freeform Question section instead.

Quick question for you! Do you currently have objects included in your slide? The objects included in the slide will function as answer choices.
