I'm currently working on a course that needs to be closed captioned (AODA compliance). As of now I have been creating textboxes to slide through the bottom of the screen in time with a voiceover but this approach is proving to be fairly time consuming.
Does anyone know a shortcut to creating subtitles?
Taylor: First things first: what kind of Bimmer do you have? My guess is older 3 series (I've an 2008 335i sport pack, manual)
OK. CC text. Are you using Storyline? If the text needs to come in with the voiceover, you might be out of luck for a quick fix. For CC, some people insert a scrolling panel at the bottom, but that's not going to be like subtitles.
Hopefully your slides on are the shorter slide so you don't go insane with overlapping text boxes. --Daniel
Civics are no slouch either. Had one for (get this) 20 years. Wrote a column for the Denver Post when I sold it. Hope to see you around the forums. --Daniel

Haha no bimmer unfortunately, it's just wishful thinking - I drive a Honda civic.
Yes I am using Storyline, the slides are generally around a minute long so it won't be too bad.
Thanks for the advice Daniel
