Hello! I am getting stuck on adding closed captioning and need help please. Following the steps, I click to add closed captioning and a file opens, but I already have my video in the WBT. What am I supposed to click when I open the file? I am unable to get the accessibility step to work, and can not get past the first step.

You mention adding closed captioning without a 3rd party tool, so does that mean you are using the built-in options?
