Closing browser after trigger causes other triggers on page to stop working?

I have three .swf animations that I want to use in a course I'm developing.  I inserted then into three different index.html files (each in its own folder with a .swf animation).  I then used insert web object to add each animation to a different slide.  When I publish the course I could open one of the animations (in IE), but not the other two.   Then I tried to put all three in one index.html file.  I can now open all three animations from that slide, but if I  close the browser after looking at one animation the other two links stop working.  Don't know what I'm missing. :(
