I've embedded a storyline project on a Moodle platform (SCORM) and tracked the results of a quiz. Most of the time, everything works fine. However, there are cases where the cmi.core.score.raw remains at 0 despite correct answers.
Debugging these type of sporadic problems needs quite a bit more details, especially technical details like the browser learnings are using, devices, etc.
Does the problem persist/appear when run through SCORM Cloud?
