Hi, I am a student and as part of my thesisI have to develop an e-learning course. I like the look of Articulate Storyline and I plan to download the trial. If I complete my project and submit it within the 30 day trial period, will the content still be accessible after this time for my tutors to assess? I won't need to edit any of the content after the 30 days but I need to clarify whether or not the e-learning course will still be usable after the trial expires. Many thanks.

If you publish your content it will still be accessible but you won't be able to make any changes to the project unless you purchase the Storyline.
Thank you very much for the quick response. That's great, I just wanted to make sure that my lecturer would be able to view my work in a couple of moths time. Thanks again.
Hi Nancy
and what about a file saved as 'Articulate 360'?
Thanks and regards
Laura
Hi Laur! Any content you publish to Articulate 360 will remain intact and accessible in Articulate Review, even after your Articulate 360 Trial expires. Anyone who has direct links to review your content items will still be able to view them and add comments. However, you won't be able to access your Articulate Review home page where all your content items are listed.
Let me know if that answers your question!
Hi Alyssa,
I have a similar question too. If I go ahead and share the link of the work that I published on Rise 360 and my trial period expires, will my friends be able to view the content that was published? And how long is the content usually stored on Articulate?
Thank you
Sunitha
Hi, Sunitha.
We’ll keep your online data, including Rise 360 courses and Review 360 projects, on our servers for at least three months after your trial expires. This means you’ll have access to your content again if you buy a subscription later, and during that time, the links should still work.
I hope this helps!
Hi, I have a trial version of Articulate 360 and i am making a flagship project for my e-portfolio on Storyline 360. I am wondering that after i publish my project on my website will it disappear after the trial ends or will it stay on my website for others to view it?
Thanks!
Shafaq
When you publish, SL creates files in HTML language which are saved on your local hard drive. You can copy these and post them on the internet to anyplace that you have access, and they will function until browsers change too much to understand the HTML (years and years from now).
After the trial ends, you will not be able to make any changes to the project unless you have a subscription.
