When I am in Storeyline and attempt to insert any of the content library options it opens in a window which cannot be accessed. Basically the tool bar portion is offset outside of my screen's margins so I cannot move it into a functioning location. Please help.
Can you share a bit more about your computer set up? I've seen similar things appear "off stage" when folks were using a dual monitor system and projecting to both screens or an unusual screen resolution/DPI setting.
The minimum requirements for working in Storyline 360 are outlined here, and I'd recommend checking the resolution/DPI settings to see how it behaves at around 100% (versus much larger).
If you can share a bit more about your set up, that'll help guide some more troubleshooting!
