Content Library Tagging

Jan 31, 2019

Just an observation, but performing an image search of "executive" in the content library predominantly turns up images of white men - they appear to be over-represented as compared to the images of women (frazzled or in support positions in several), and those of more diverse populations (not usually in suits or with as authoritative poses comparative to the white men). May be something to revisit from a tagging perspective for a larger variety of more inclusive images.

Hi Emily,

Thanks for your feedback! Diversity and inclusion are top of mind for us here at Articulate. The image tagging process is complex and as a result keyword searches are never perfect.

I think you’ll find if you search “business people” or “business women” you’ll find the kind of images you’re looking for.

Here’s an article with tips on finding the images you’re looking for in Content Library. I hope that’s helpful!

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.
