Contractors Needed for Project regarding Articulate Storyline

ATS Training and Consulting is in need of experienced Articulate Storyline Contractors for a project that goes from now to September and possibly extended until December. Details are found below;

Require curriculum development professional with strong written, presentation, and computer skills to write/develop course content. Content developed will be brand new or repurposed from existing courses/programs and consist of creating web-based modules, participant guides, instructor guides, and job aids. Classroom-based content will also be created. Candidate must have a strong working knowledge (intermediate or advanced) of Articulate Storyline and/or Captivate. Candidate must have a strong grasp (intermediate or advanced) of Microsoft Office products (WORD, PowerPoint, etc).

Preference will be given to curriculum developers who are able to record their own narration (provide voice-over) for their training. Recording equipment, if required, (headset, etc) will be provided.

The professional is expected to interact with the sponsoring manager and existing team members. (This is a team work environment and successful candidate should be able to work within a team and individually.) This is an 8 hour Monday – Friday work assignment until the completion of the project. The candidate is required to be available via instant messenger (company issued) and have access to a telephone line during work hours. Will provide the required equipment and software.

Scope of the project includes conducting needs analysis to determine course requirements, interacting with subject matter experts and stakeholders, interacting with training and development employees, leveraging existing courseware and resources as well as performing edits and peer reviews.

-Telecom background

-Strategic Networking solutions/technology (e.g. Ethernet, Private IP, FIOS)

-Security Solutions

-Cloud and IT Solutions

-Managed Networking solutions/technology (e.g. Managed LAN)

-Advanced Communications solutions/technology (e.g. VOIP, IP Trunking)

-Sales Skills (e.g. Business Acumen, Executive Engagement)

Candidates should successfully pass the pre-screen process based on their ranking in answering the pre-screening questions in order to be advanced to the live interview stage. Curriculum developers who have been selected for a phone interview are required to provide a work sample or portfolio.
