I've developed this 'quiz' qeustion but just built it the old fashioned way. What I was wondering if anyone had some insight into how to convert this simply into a quiz question so I can use some of the scoring and tracking functions
Have you looked into using the "convert to freeform"? For the first slide you would like choose the "pick one" approach, and need to adjust things a bit since you have some custom feedback layers. For the second slide you could use the "pick many" since they have a few different options to select.

You could also track it by building in some variables that would be adjusted based on the users selection. You would then need to set up this additional method to report the variables to the LMS.
