Does anyone know if it's possible to copy and paste in footnotes to SL2 from a Word document? I don't need the actual footnote content to paste onto the slide, but I do need the superscript numbers to copy as superscript into Storyline. I can get the footnote numbers to copy from a PDF, but they aren't superscript when pasted into Storyline.
Storyline may not like your characters I'm afraid. This varies between fonts for some things but it may be the case it might not work at all. You may have to add them as image or look through symbols to see if they can be rewritten.
I'd agree with Tim here, I'd say you likely need to reenter them in as superscript and you'll also want to make sure you're on the latest update of Storyline 2, as there was an issue with the shortcuts detailed here that was fixed.
superscript and subscript at the moment are my ultimate pain. I am building 5 modules where they are everywhere, I wish the buttons were still on the toolbar.
Anyway off on holiday so I can forget about it for a week :-)
