I know staff doesn't have experience with Cornerstone, but do any users publish to Cornerstone LMS? We publish SCROM 2004 and reports won't pull data from the course. Any help would be appreciated.
The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
If that doesn't help, would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
Got with Cornerstone and apparently they have special reports that Storyline should use. Thanks for your attention to this, Christine. Very grateful for a supportive staff (I'll take rapid response and a strong attempt at help for a problem that isn't really yours as great service every time).
A client of mine who also uses Cornerstone is experiencing issues with reporting. Their LMS is recording the Pass score (75%) rather then the actual score. You mentioned that Cornerstone have special reports that Storyline should use, do you have any information on this? Hopefully this will shed some light on the problem my client is having.
My apologies for taking so long. Been out of the country.
Storyline passes a lot of quality information to Cornerstone, but Cornerstone can’t use most of it. Haven’t run into problems with it reporting at a different %. though.
I don’t administrate Cornerstone, but we have only a couple reports that we can run. It won’t run down to the question level beyond right or wrong (it won’t tell you what the learner selected). We had to work with our Cornerstone rep to get that far.
You might want to have your client reach out to their Cornerstone rep.
Is that a custom report that their admins helped you create to get you down to the question level? At this point I would settle for right/wrong even if I can't tell what the learner selected specifically. All I can find are reports that give the total score, and completion status for a course. There IS a report that drills down to the question level, but it only summarizes what EVERYONE answered, not a single person.
Any more detail you can give on how you got your reports?

Hi Jason,
I am having similar issues with reporting on Cornerstone. Could you please tell me if the report that you found that drills down to the question level is a standard or custom report and if it is custom, the name of it please?
I don't have any additional information to share but know that a number of users who utilized Cornerstone are also a part of this thread here. You may want to post in that thread or reach out to specific users using the "contact me" button on their profile.
For anyone that might stumble here looking for information on SCORM 2004 reporting in Cornerstone. The date fields are available, they are just not turned on by default (no clue why) in reporting. A simple ticket can be logged with their support group to turn them on in Custom Reports.

Hi Rob,
There's a pretty good discussion on Cornerstone in the following thread:
Articulate Storyline and Cornerstone LMS

No luck on those threads and it's confidential stuff, so I can't publish to the SCORM cloud. Thanks, though.

I don't know that Jason is still subscribed to this thread, so you may want to try sending him a private message as well.
Any updates on this? I am having difficulty getting a Storyline 2 course to give credit in Cornerstone.
