Hi- I'm having several complaints that some quiz questions within assessments are displaying incorrect feedback with correct answers are chosen. Any ideas as to why this might be happening? The quiz questions have the Reset to Initial State option selected.
Here it is, although I have to say that I can't replicate the problem myself. This is happening on our SkillPort LMS to various people within our organization but not to me specifically. It's happening within the knowledge checks in this course and I just got a report that it's happening in a different course that is set up the same way.
I found one issue within your quizzes, although I'm not sure if it's the reason occuring on your LMS.
It's slide 3.4. There are 4 possible answers to choose: convergence, 24x7 demand, budget pressure and lack of technology. On the slide correct are:
convergence,
24x7 demand,
budget pressure.
But your incorrect feedback layer says the right answers are: convergence, 24x7 demand and lack of technology. It's not consistent. Try to fix it and see if everything works. I suggest also to double check all the questions once again both in the assessment and between content slides.
Same thing for me with a couple of exceptions - first, it is happening for me even prior to uploading to LMS. One symptom- I notice that the answer the learner selected does not show for the items that have the inappropriate incorrect bar at the bottom. I don't know how to rectify this.
Yes, thank you. I still see a red 'incorrect' feedback bar on all questions from #3 on. The course scores the quiz correctly and awards credit - it's only the feeback on the post completion review where this occurs.
I wanted to go ahead and pop in and let you know that responding to the forums via e-mail also attaches your signature, which you are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
From Question 3 on, you had the slide properties set to re-set to initial state instead of resume saved state and this was causing your issue upon review.
Totally worked - thanks so much for the fast response!
Pete

Hi Pete!
I published your content to SCORM Cloud for testing and I'm not sure that I'm seeing the behavior that you are reporting.
Do you see an issue with my content:

Thanks Pete! I'll take another look.

I've attached your updated file.
