I'm looking to put together a paper showing the ROI of E-Learning. As part of this, I would like to include the average charge of an E-Learning course per hour of learning. I have found the Chapman Alliance document which was very useful, especially as it split into 3 Dev levels, hours required to develop and average cost per level, but this was created 5-6 years ago.
Do you have any materials that could help or benchmark/average figures you work by?
Needless to say I will happily pass on any findings to help others.
