I created a new project consisting of multiple quizzes for each chapter. While uploading in the SCORM cloud, I found a glitch where I could not click on any radio buttons to select the answers on the condition where users failed more than two times. After failing the first attempt, I could retake the quiz and select answers. When I failed again and tried to retake, I could not select anything. There is no layer in the quiz slide and the reset trigger is above the jump trigger as attached. Any fixes?
Do the quiz questions happen to have a number of attempts set? If there is, then that would prevent you from re-taking those questions. You can check on this setting in Storyline by:
Opening the question slide in Slide View
From there, click on the Design Tab on the top right
Then review the settings for that quiz question under Scoring
Thank your information. I noticed that for every project that I have been working, under Scoring, the attempt is shown as 1 and it is greyed out so I could not change anything. Attached for your ref.
Thank you. We intentionally not want to give feedback. We only want them to answers all questions first then showing the result slide where there are three layers. One being pass when they got more 80%; Next being Almost when they achieve 50-79% with options to review and restart the test; Last being Failed when they got lower than 50%. If they did not pass 80%, they should be able to retake the test.

The attempts goes grey when you set Feedback to None. For multiple attempts, you need to enable question level or answer level feedback.
It's tricky when manually setting out results and quiz review. Can you share this part of your file?
