I'm sorry you've hit a snag with your Flash output - but we're here to help! Can you share more details such as your Storyline version, where you're hosting/testing the content (i.e., LMS or Web), and what browsers you're using to test?
Also, if you're able to share a copy of your .story file with us, we'd love to take a look and do some testing! If so, you can upload at this link using the Add Attachment button or you always have an option to share privately with our Support Engineers. Either way, we'll delete it when done testing.
