I received feedback from a client that when they exit and re-enter a course it always picks up on slide 5.9 (which happens to be a video slide- not sure if that matters) instead of where they left off. I´ve never had this happen. Any idea what could be causing this behavior? I have it set to "Prompt to resume".
Hello Nadia - Is this happening to more than just one user? Are you able to replicate this behavior if the content is published to SCORM Cloud or is this just happening within your LMS?
I have seen users with a similar issue and it was caused by the SCORM data limits. Check out this article for further details.
It´s actually happening in two different modules, both of which are large files. I´m going to try publishing with scorm 2004 per the article you linked to. I´ll try to remember to report back when I work out a solution.
