In the previous version of Storyline the cover image of a course was the first screen. Now in 360 there is a gray background with a play button (see image).
This is happening because you must have media playing automatically on the first screen, and it's a browser security issue. You could put a button on the first screen for the user to click to start the course before the media plays, and it should eliminate this issue.
