Sam Carter Author almost 5 years ago05/29/19 at 5:29 pm (UTC) Rebooted. Now it's working. Now I see it still crashes if I CTRL-C notes in a slide layer. It won't let me send the Error Report now: "You must be signed in to Articulate 360 to use Articulate Storyline". --- I am signed in.

Leslie McKerchie Staff almost 5 years ago05/29/19 at 6:42 pm (UTC) Hi Sam, Thanks for letting me know that you're using the latest version of the software and what you are running into. Does this happen in any file or a specific one? I'm unable to replicate the issue. If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed. If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software. Let me know how that works for you.

Leslie,
It seems to be a specific file. If this becomes a persistent issue, I'll open a case.
