Is it possible to create a questionnaire, where a user selects say a, b or c for a number of questions, and it then have a results slide saying "you selected mostly As (or Bs or Cs)???
I created a tutorial a while back that may help to get you started. You can find it here. In the comments section on that page I've noted where you can download a sample, and provided a link to an additional tutorial by Jeanette Brooks.
I wonder if there is a way that you can get Storyline to recognise when someone selects a particular answer, and count how many times they select it. For example:
Q1 - this is your question
a) this is option 1
b) this is option 2
User selects option A, then does the same for Q2, but picks option B for Q3. The score would be "you selected mostly A".

Can this be achieved?
