We have recently replaced some of our classroom courses with e-learning modules, but we would still like to have the option of getting delegate feedback like we used to do at the end of our classroom courses.
Obviously we can't give feedback forms to our e-learning users, so I was wondering if anybody else has managed to integrate a feedback/evaluation option to their e-learning? And if so, how did you do this?
You can embed web objects into Articulate Storyline. At the end of the course, you could include a short Google Form or Survey Monkey form as a web object. Is something like that what you are looking for?

Thanks Rachel, that's really helpful.
I just wanted to see the different ways that people had managed to do this so i could explore our options.
